All our orders are handpacked with care in Melbourne, Australia. Every order is dispatched from here within 24–48 hours of being placed, because we know that your next craft project can’t wait!

Once your order leaves our hands, it's over to Australia Post to get it to your door. Delivery times below are averages - most orders arrive faster, but during busy periods (hello, Christmas) things can take a little longer.

Regular shipping - 3-8 business days - $11.00

Express shipping - 1-3 business days - $15.00

Once your order leaves our hands, it's over to our international courier partners to get it to your door. Delivery times below are averages - most orders arrive faster, but during busy periods (hello, Christmas) things can take a little longer. 

We currently ship regular post to the following regions:

🇳🇿 New Zealand  - 7-10 business days - $11.00 NZD 

🇺🇸 United States - 7-10 business days - $10.00 USD 

🇬🇧 United Kingdom - 8-11 business days - £10.00 GBP 

🇸🇬 Singapore  - 8-11 business days - $9.95 SGD 

🇨🇦 Canada - 8-11 business days - $15.00 CAD 

🇪🇺 Europe - 8-10 business days - €10.00 EUR 

Heads up for our international crafters: depending on where you live, your order may attract import duties, taxes, or customs fees when it arrives in your country. This isn't something we add - it's charged by your local customs authority, separate to what you pay us. 

A few things worth knowing: 

• The price you pay at checkout covers your product and the cost of getting it to you - it doesn't include any duties or taxes your country might apply. 
• These charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility, not ours. It varies a lot country to country, so if you're unsure, it's worth a quick check with your local customs office before you order. 
• By placing an order for delivery outside Australia, you're agreeing to follow your own country's rules around importing goods. 
• If your parcel is held, seized, or sent back to us by customs, we're not able to refund the product or original shipping cost.

You will get email updates once your order has been shipped and this will include your tracking information. Once your parcel is with the courier and on it’s way to you, it's in their hands. If your tracking looks stuck or something seems off, send us an email and we'll help chase it down - but the courier will always have the most accurate, real-time info.

We process orders quickly (to get them to you sooner!), but if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thememoryedit.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however if your order has already been dispatched changes are not possible.
